responsibilities :

Maintain a clear understanding of all platforms and tenants in use, including the specific controls each platform is authorized to automate.
Manage and further develop the Platform Lookup Service to ensure centralized access to platform and control information.
Collaborate with control, process, and ICE teams to support automation and reduce operational overhead for tenants.
Ensure the ongoing operation, stability, and availability of the Platform Lookup Service.
Drive the strategic evolution of the service, identifying and implementing improvements and new capabilities.
Perform technical engineering tasks related to service maintenance, integration, and automation.
Conduct control analysis to validate that automation and governance processes comply with internal and regulatory standards.
Work closely with the DHP team and other stakeholders to align the service with organizational needs and priorities.
