Engineering Platforms Lead Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are looking for an Engineering Platform Enablers Lead & Product Owner to lead the Engineering Platforms work as part of the Tech Governed Portfolio. This role focuses on delivering benefits associated with automating controls for tenants of engineering platforms and driving improvements in developer experience. You will also act as the Product Owner for the Platform Lookup Service, driving new features for its API and GUI to ensure it meets the needs of Control Owners and supports control automation. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong organizational, leadership, and technical skills. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Your responsibilities Lead the Engineering Platforms initiative to automate controls for platform tenants Act as Product Owner for the Platform Lookup Service, driving feature development and improvements Perform analytical activities to evolve and automate controls Collaborate across functional areas to define, prioritize, and implement innovations Facilitate meetings, learning sessions, and write blogs to share knowledge Operate in a global environment, aligning projects with a common operating model Conceptualize, design, and develop solutions for control automation Drive operational, delivery, and engineering excellence in developing the Platform Lookup Service Promote continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
