ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department you will work and lead a talentedteam of developers based in our Poland office to create innovative and high performingmobile apps for a range of LeoVegas’ brands such as LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK andExpekt. Along with 4 other Engineering Managers you will shape the future of Native leadership. You will have a mobile first approach to development, with an understanding of softwareDevelopment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Delivering the Design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficientsolutions within your team

• Optimising resource utilisation, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliabilityacross cloud platforms

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamlineprocesses

• Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus

• Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as an engineer.

• Strong people management and leadership skills with at least 3+ years of managinga team.

• Experience in leading or building mobile apps

• Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration,transparency and trust.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile softwaredevelopment teams.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience from the iGaming

• Experience with React Native

WHAT WE OFFER:

• monthly salary: 30 000 - 35 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) OR 24 900 - 29 500 gross PLN (UOP)

• hybrid model - we would like you to show up in our Warsaw office three times per week, the rest of the days of the week are up to you,

• we work in European office hours,

• ​​800 PLN monthly for benefits (we have a platform with sport cards and different options for private healthcare),

• welcome package,

• no dress code,

• Equipment: MacBook Pro 16" (or 14")/M2 Pro 10-core/GPU 16-core/32GB/512GB SSD + phone (Samsung or iPhone - it’s your choice).

Our current office is  located in the centre of Warsaw (Koszykowa 65), in Mindspace (check it  here ). From July 2025, we will have a new office on  Królewska 16

3. 1 -hour technical scenario-based interview

4. 1-hour cultural fit interview

5. 30 minutes HRBP interview
