Define and execute the team’s technical strategy, holding full accountability for roadmaps, planning, and on-time delivery. Oversee end-to-end engineering projects, taking ownership from initial concept design through to final implementation. Build and nurture a high-performing, diverse, globally distributed engineering team through active hiring, empathetic mentoring, and career coaching. Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Business groups to align goals and deliverables. Provide strong architectural guidance and leadership to your direct reports and partner teams.
