We’re looking for a B2B Senior Engineering Manager to join our Customer Communities Team reporting to the Head of Engineering for Gainsight. This role is a remote role based in Europe. In this role, you’ll play a key role in leading multiple development teams working on Gainsight’s market-leading Community SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will spend 40–60% of their time on technical guidance — participating in detailed refinements, product & design discussions, and code reviews — while also mentoring teams and driving operational improvements. Lead and coach multiple engineering teams. Facilitate detailed technical discussions and ensure high-quality delivery. Improve processes for efficiency, quality, and reliability. Backend: PHP, Python

~(7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering management.
