Our next step is conquering the international European market and scaling our Paczkomat (Locker) installations and growth across Europe.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off points are a second solution to build InPost customer satisfaction, which involves creating the best possible tools to provide it. PUDO solutions include a customer app to handle processing parcels and backend services to maintain connectivity and data exchange with the whole ecosystem.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design, architecture, and development processes, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to improve product functionality and customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Work not only within your area but across the wider InPost Technology Group to improve the overall architecture, support global technology initiatives such as cloud transformation, platforming work, and leveraging AI.
- Manage the hiring, onboarding, and development of team members, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing high performing development teams, to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with embedded systems, firmware development, and microcontrollers.
- Proven experience in leading and managing Agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
- Knowledge of the French language will be considered an asset.
Additional Information
This position requires some travel at the initial stage.
