The Content Capabilities team is relatively new and is tasked with the ambitious goal of supporting the Box Content Cloud’s next 10x wave of growth. We aim to achieve this by building innovative new platform capabilities, enabling our product teams and customers to build intuitive and differentiated experiences that scale to millions of users.
We’re close to delivering the first set of features, unlocking new use cases and significantly increasing the scale at which users can collaborate on content. The team is just getting started though and has a strong roadmap of new capabilities to build. Thats where you come in!
As we embark on this journey, were looking for a highly capable Engineering Manager to join us and play a pivotal role. Youll have the opportunity to work with a small team of talented, collaborative, and fun people, solving some of the toughest challenges in the content management space. The work you do will have an immediate impact on the productivity of millions of users, at some of the most important enterprises of our time.
Our compensation structure is the base salary and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
