Your responsibilities Lead and manage a Software Development team of Software Engineers. Develop strategic plans and technical oversight on infrastructure. Demonstrate leadership and team development skills. Lead project execution. Our requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. Experience in networking. Optional Experience in working with large-scale distributed systems and related network infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies on platforms like Google Cloud Platform etc. Experience running high growth production workloads or production services at scale. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and influence partners. Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
