Leading engineering teams: organizing daily work, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Driving agile methodologies: establishing processes and practices that improve team efficiency, quality, and engagement. Partnering with product and business teams: collaborating closely with product leaders to deliver impactful solutions and optimize infrastructure costs. Technical leadership: taking part in decision-making processes related to architecture, code quality, and system security. Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 years of experience managing engineering teams, including cross-functional or distributed teams. Proven track record working in agile / lean environments with a servant leadership approach. Strong people leadership skills – ability to grow, mentor, and motivate engineers. Solid understanding of web system architecture ( REST APIs, cookies, CDN/caching). Practical experience with modern web technologies: ElasticSearch, PHP, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Optional Experience with cloud infrastructure cost optimization. Knowledge of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools and practices.
