About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering and lead several development teams on our Community SaaS platform.

Your job will be to guide teams, improve processes, and make sure our code is reliable. This role is for someone who enjoys working with complex systems and likes helping teams grow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach engineering teams.

• Support technical discussions and high-quality delivery.

• Work with Product and Design teams on goals and execution.

• Improve processes for efficiency and reliability.

• Build a culture of teamwork and ownership.

Tech Stack

• Backend: PHP, Python

• Frontend: React

• Infrastructure: AWS (No hands-on coding required)

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in management.

• Experience leading technical discussions and team processes.

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Background in SaaS products and cloud environments.
