responsibilities :
Manage a team of full-stack software engineers, focusing on mobile applications and branded solutions.
Play an active role in shaping our backend technology stack across the organization.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, offer technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Work closely with your direct reports to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
Develop personalized plans to enhance growth and development.
Align team members’ individual growth with the strategic goals of software development projects.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high operational efficiency to meet company objectives.
Direct and oversee the strategic direction of software projects to ensure they align with overall business goals.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in software development, ideally within SaaS platforms or startup environments.
Hands-on experience with the Java tech stack (Spring, Hibernate, AWS).
Experience with Flutter for mobile app development is a plus.
Proven success in leading engineering teams and managing their development and expansion.
An approachable, empathetic leadership style and integrity.
Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Experience with direct responsibility for R&D projects and successful implementation.
Enthusiasm for new programming trends, enjoys working in diverse teams, and fluency in English (German is a plus).
