We are supporting our client – GAP İnşaat - one of the leading general contractors – in recruiting for the position of an Engineering Manager to join a nationally strategic project: the construction of the FSRU terminal, one of the key energy investments in the region, to be built in Gdańsk.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering
• minimum 5 years of field-based engineering coordination experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
• proven experience in marine construction, preferably including LNG terminals or offshore platforms
• strong knowledge of construction methodology, site engineering and approval processes
• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead in fast-paced environments
• fluency in English
• full-time site based presence in Gdańsk

Your tasks

• act as the primary point of coordination between engineering teams and site execution
• lead the review and implementation of engineering methods, technical procedures, and method statements for all construction activities
• ensure compliance of site activities with approved design documents, codes, and standards
• oversee technical field support for marine works, LNG terminal facilities, and supporting infrastructure
• facilitate resolution of technical issues arising during construction, especially in marine piling, concrete works, and structural elements
• support construction progress by ensuring timely design clarifications and approvals
• interface with the engineering and supervision representatives as needed
