In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring your teams are motivated, supported, and aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams, driving engineering excellence, and delivering reliable, scalable software in an agile environment. Main responsibilities: Lead and manage software development teams working on ERP and HR systems in agile environments Provide strong people management, including hiring, onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and day-to-day team support Coach, mentor, and motivate engineers to help them grow professionally and succeed in their roles Lead and support recruitment processes in collaboration with HR and technical stakeholders Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software solutions Collaborate with product managers, project managers, architects, and other teams to align priorities and coordinate dependencies Promote engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and a culture of ownership and accountability Support technical decision-making and provide guidance based on solid engineering experience
