Technical Delivery Lead (Senior Manager) (Remote)

This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and senior stakeholder management. You will work closely with US-based clients and global teams, oversee multiple delivery streams, and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of system integration projects (.NET / Azure)
- Define and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and best practices
- Act as a technical authority and escalation point across delivery teams
- Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers on roadmaps, estimations, pre-sales, and technical advisory
- Design and oversee high-level solution and integration architectures together with System Integration Architects
- Lead, mentor, and support Tech Leads and Development Leads, including design and code reviews
- Review and approve technical designs for epics and features
- Promote DevOps culture, automation, and cloud-native practices
- Drive adoption of Generative AI in everyday engineering and delivery work
- Ensure compliance with platform standards, security, and regulatory requirements
- Support P1 incidents and critical client escalations when required
- Work directly with senior stakeholders, including US-based clients, and participate in business travel to the USA
- 10+ years of experience in IT / software delivery
- 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Architect, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Lead)
- Strong hands‑on experience in C# / .NET and RESTful web application development
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Service Bus or Event Hub
- SQL and/or MongoDB
- Solid understanding of Onion Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native delivery
- Experience working in international, enterprise environments
- Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and US clients
