We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join a high-performing team on a mission to build cutting-edge Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions. If you’re passionate about technology, leadership, and creating scalable systems, this role is for you!

,[Managing software and quality engineers in a matrixed product engineering organization across empowered squads., Acting as a technical steward for one or more product mission teams., Ensuring your direct reports are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best., Providing engineering support and guidance to Product Managers, Product Owners, and squad tech leads., Collaborating with Chapter Leads and Architecture teams to maintain the highest standards of technical design and implementation., Improving hiring and recruitment processes., Identifying and solving engineering-wide challenges as they arise., Contributing to the overall platform architecture and ensuring operational excellence., Maintaining the security of systems and working practices.
