As an Engineering Manager, you will shape and grow high-performing engineering teams that build impactful, high-quality digital products. You will oversee both JavaScript-based frontend and Java-based backend solutions, ensuring technical excellence, sound architectural decisions, and continuous improvement. ✅7+ years of software engineering experience with a full-stack mindset

✅3+ years of experience leading technical teams, managing Tech Leads, and scaling engineering capabilities

✅Strong expertise in frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

✅Strong expertise in backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design

✅Proficiency in using AI tools to drive engineering productivity

✅Experience in designing and reviewing software architecture, making technical decisions, and defining technology roadmaps

✅Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP

✅Deep knowledge of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices

✅Strong people management skills: conducting 121s, providing feedback, talent development, and recruitment

✅Excellent communication skills with ability to navigate priorities in multi-stakeholder environments

✅Experience in software consulting, digital agency, or product development environment

✅High accountability, systems thinking, and a bias for structure, clarity, and action

✅English proficiency at C1 level (daily communication with international clients)

✅Experience with mobile technologies (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android)
