Job Description

An amazing opportunity came up on Services & Connectivity team in Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop engineering team responsible for development of innovative Aerospace dashboard products and solutions. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide the team in the design and build of solutions from the initial kick-off through negotiating and development, test and production phases, allowing you to expand your leadership skills and be involved with innovative technologies. You will partner with customers and broader engineering teams to ensure the resources and skills needed to drive business growth.

This is a 3/2; hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office, maximum of 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery, strategy development, implementation of standards, processes and tools
• Drive improvements to team performance and project execution through team coaching & high impact work practices
• Design workload planning & execution oversight, and ensure robust processes
• Partner with internal and external customers and suppliers

Qualifications

• University education in Engineering domain with 5+ years of experience in leadership role with proven track of leading teams to successful project delivery, improving team performance and work practice through team coaching.
• Significant engineering experience, including experience with collaborative work with internal and external partners.
• Background and experience in software engineering, agile software development practices, especially in application development.
• Fluent command of English language.
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity.
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
