Responsibilities

• Develop your expertise in Engineering, working at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions and in support specialist functions.
• Provide a first line of response to Engineering queries from internal and external contacts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility.
• Seek all learning opportunities and develop your knowledge and skills required for each of the roles and from people within your wider team.
• Support the wider team in each placement and participate in lean and business improvement opportunities including High Performance Teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing).
• Process‑driven, organized and disciplined approach.
• Initiative and strong communication skills.
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• First‑hand experience in project management is a plus.
