We offer the following position
Take on challenging tasks:
- Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Leads the development of new products or the enhancement of existing ones by fostering innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
- Implements process improvements in the R&D department to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase innovation capacity.
- Creates prototypes, runs trials, and optimizes products before serial production.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and production, to ensure the smooth transition of products from development to market.
- Manages resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leads, mentors, and supports the R&D team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversees the proper documentation of research activities, including patents, product certifications, and technical reports, to protect intellectual property and ensure regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical expertise: Deep understanding of the scientific or technical field related to the company’s products.
- Project management: Proficiency in managing research projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire R&D teams to deliver high-quality research and innovation.
- Problem-solving: Ability to solve complex scientific or technical problems through innovative thinking and creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for presenting research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English and German on B2 level is a must.
- Ability to relocate to Poland for at least 2 years.
