What You’ll Do

• Lead the 2‑year B2B technology transformation, migrating our core Deal Management and Merchant Center platforms to our modern "Stack 2.0" (GCP/TypeScript) with zero downtime for our global sales teams.
• Integrate AI and LLMs as a core component of our strategy, transforming Salesforce into a high‑velocity sales engine and launching a new AI‑powered LeadGen 2.0 system.
• Mentor and scale a world‑class team of 30+ engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, speed, and pragmatism.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven transformation experience leading large‑scale B2B platform modernization and migration to cloud‑native architectures on GCP or AWS.
• Hands‑on architectural credibility with deep expertise in distributed systems, TypeScript, and complex Salesforce integrations.
