Technical Support Engineer with German language skills who will work with customers to resolve their application and product issues, which will allow the customer to maintain or improve their automation system.

responsibilities :
Provide technical support for the Rockwell Automation products to internal and external customers including end-user Operators, OEMs, Developers, System Administrators, Field Consultants, and Engineers
Team member of our Visualization Software team where you will have the opportunity to work with leading FactoryTalk OperationSuite software
Create and publish knowledgebase articles
Provide exceptional customer service from inception to resolution for each issue
In most cases, this support will be provided via phone, Submit a Question(SAQ) or Chat Support
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (other degrees considered based on relevance to the role)
Fluent in German and English (any additional language is a plus)
Very good knowledge of the product range and applications of industrial automation in connection with software solutions and IT systems
