ENGINEER (SUPPORT TEAM)

Possibility of remote work up to 300 km from Łódź

What You Will Do:

1. Being the first line of support for the customer.
2. Providing high quality technical support via phone, e-mail, and on-site to customers.

What You Need:

1. At least 2 years of customer support experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
3. Ability to effectively communicate technical topics.
4. Knowledge of C language (C++/Java/Python – are an advantage).
5. Experience with embedded OS development (e.g. QNX/Linux/Android).
