As an Engineer, Remote Support you will provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems. You will be expected to respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
In this role, based either in Poland or Germany, you will report into a Team Leader, and you will support our German-speaking portfolio of customers.
