Daily Responsibilities

• Leading development projects for lead‑acid batteries
• Executing and supervising sample builds of lead‑acid batteries and their components
• Preparing and presenting test reports
• Creating technical documentation
• Managing BOM in ERP software (Oracle Fusion)
• Performing tear‑down analysis for lead‑acid batteries
• Supporting claims and resolving quality issues
• Assisting sales and procurement with technical knowledge
• Cooperating with other Exide plants (Spain, Italy)
• Participating in interdisciplinary teams for risk analysis

What we ask for

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, or related engineering field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment; experience in lead‑acid battery manufacturing is an added value
• Ability to manage electronic devices efficiently and use various software (e.g., Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of computer operations
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is an added value
• Strong level of English, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of customer requirements and willingness to learn
• Creativity and accuracy are required
