Opis stanowiska

As a Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) in Logistics, youll be an essential member of our international team responsible for securing major clients in contract and warehouse logistics within Poland, Hungary and Romania. Using your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of warehouse logistics, youll design tailored logistics solutions to win tenders. Zadania i obowiązki

1. Independently manage warehouse tenders, including planning and financial calculations for contract logistics;
2. Data analysis, evaluation, and preparation of results for further calculation and preparation of a material flow;
3. Development of logistics concepts (incl. storage techniques, equipment evaluation, layout and process planning);
4. Support the onboarding team in transitioning projects smoothly;
5. Drive enhancements and improvements in ongoing projects;
6. Actively participate in regional and professional meetings and initiatives.

Wymagane doświadczenie

1. A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering); additional certifications are a plus;
2. A minimum of 2 years proven experience in crafting logistics strategies and collaborating effectively within diverse teams;
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and ideally MS Visio;
4. Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Polish, with a strong customer focus;
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a talent for conceptualization and a confident demeanor with effective conflict resolution and team integration skills.
