About the Team:
The HD/BI Tool Development Team focuses on the technological aspects of developing Data Warehouse. While we specialize in SAS and Oracle, we’re also open to exploring other technologies such as Azure, Kafka, and REST APIs. We provide technological support to business-focused Data Warehouse teams and lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects for new tools and platforms.
We’re now looking for a skilled engineer to join our team, building reusable components, APIs, and innovative solutions that improve efficiency across Data Warehouse ecosystem.
responsibilities :
As a Tool Development Engineer, you’ll work on a mix of development, integration, and innovation projects that directly impact how Data Warehouse teams deliver value. Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing reusable components and tools to support Data Warehouse developers (SAS / SAS Viya / Oracle / other technologies).
Building APIs to integrate technologies used in the Data Warehouse (SAS / Oracle / Office365 / REST API /more).
Developing tools for data exchange between IT systems, including Kafka.
Running proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for new tools and technologies (e.g., SAS Viya & Exadata in Azure).
Creating monitoring solutions to track Data Warehouse user activity.
Supporting performance optimization through custom components, targeted analyses, and process improvements.
Building technical data marts and BI reports (SAS Viya, Power BI).
Providing technological support to strategic projects.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in at least some of the following: SAS, SAS Viya, Oracle, REST API, Kafka, Azure.
Solid programming and integration skills, with the ability to design reusable, scalable components.
Experience working with APIs and data exchange between systems.
Analytical mindset with a focus on optimization and performance improvements.
Curiosity and openness to exploring new tools, technologies, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
