Responsibilities
- Designing and leading initiatives that boost employee engagement – from team‑building activities and sports challenges to company‑wide events and wellbeing programs
- Scaling successful ideas from HQ to other global locations, ensuring a consistent employee experience worldwide
- Bringing structure and clarity to existing initiatives – organising, prioritising, and keeping things running smoothly
- Collaborating closely with HR, Internal Communications, and Marketing to align engagement efforts across the organisation
- Managing budgets responsibly, balancing creative ideas with business realities
- Measuring and analysing engagement and satisfaction metrics to understand what’s working and continuously improve future initiatives
- Acting as a connector between teams – building relationships, fostering collaboration, and helping everyone feel included
- Coordinating on‑site events in the Warsaw office, ensuring great experiences for local and visiting teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in employee engagement, internal events, or culture initiatives, ideally on a global scale
- Strong organisational and project‑management skills – able to handle multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Creative mindset combined with a structured, data‑driven approach – you know how to measure success and optimise based on insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you enjoy working with people and know how to bring them together
- Proactive, energetic, and hands‑on attitude – you take ownership and make things happen
- Fluent English and Polish required for local and global coordination
- Hybrid role based in Warsaw – while we work flexibly, you’ll often be in the office to coordinate and support events and engagement activities
Nice to have
- Background in tech or fintech environments – you understand the dynamics of fast‑paced, innovative companies
- Ability to "sell" ideas internally and inspire participation across teams
