Tasks:


Project Management:

  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities from start to finish, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources judiciously.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines for timely completion.

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the projects duration.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback promptly.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers through close cooperation during project acquisition.

Account Management and Business Development:

  • Handle financial aspects of projects, including invoicing and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct health checks on ongoing projects.
  • Manage escalations and resolve conflicts, keeping the team motivated towards success.
  • Seek new opportunities within existing projects.
  • Support the preparation of offers, presales processes, and customer presentations.
  • Ideally, lead or engage in technical discussions with customers and project teams—advising on architecture, scalable solutions, best practices, business value, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in IT or finance. Degrees in related fields (e.g., business) may also be considered.
  • At least 6 years in the IT industry, including a minimum of 4 years in project management and client-facing roles.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure ADO, Jira, Teams, MS Project) and Office 365.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, work independently, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience in project monitoring, controlling, and reporting.
  • Competent presentation skills.
  • High ambition, motivation, and a proactive approach.
  • Agile or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
