Engagement Manager / Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the bid management process, ensuring presales quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors; provide technical and implementation guidance during presales and delivery.
• Lead the presales community, develop presales standards, and improve competencies of key bid‑management stakeholders.
• Act as Delivery Manager during the initial project/service delivery phase if necessary.
• Supervise and support the delivery process, perform PMO audits for compatibility and threat identification, and promote effective teamwork.
• Address customer issues and work with sales teams to generate new business.
• Participate in conferences to promote Sii’s maturity and potential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level.
• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience participating in public tenders.
• Excellent analytical ability to assess customers’ needs and requirements.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Ability to drive teams to motivate and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes.
• Can‑do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland required.
