The Project Management Office (PMO) is recruiting an Engagement Manager—a leading role in bid management and a key stakeholder during delivery. The position supports building winning sales strategies and conducting bid processes successfully.

Responsibilities

• Act as Bid Leader, accountable for presales quality, efficiency, and final bid results according to company standards and methodologies.
• Develop relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while consulting on technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during presales and delivery.
• Serve as Presales Community Leader, establishing presales standards and enhancing the competencies of key people in the bid management process.
• Function as Delivery Manager during the initial project or service delivery phase when required.
• Supervise and support delivery, performing project audits for compliance and threat identification, and fostering effective teamwork.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with sales teams to generate new business.
• Participate in conferences to promote Sii’s maturity and potential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level.
• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience with public tenders.
• Excellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirements.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Ability to motivate teams for complex and challenging presales and delivery processes.
• Can‑do attitude, natural passion, and skill to build positive relationships with people.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Residency in Poland required.
