Position

Engagement Manager at the Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for bid management and delivery of complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as Bid Leader, accountable for presales quality, efficiency, and bid results.
• Develop customer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships and provide consultation on technology, solutions and implementation approaches during presales and delivery.
• Lead the Presales Community, develop standards and improve competencies of key people in bid management.
• Serve as Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase, if necessary.
• Supervise and support delivery, perform project audits and identify risks, promote effective teamwork.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with sales teams to generate new business.
• Participate in conferences to promote Sii’s maturity and potential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at enterprise level.
• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience in public tenders.
• Excellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirements.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Ability to motivate teams for complex presales and delivery processes.
• Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to build positive relationships.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Residence in Poland required.
