Act as Bid Leader accountable for presales quality and efficiency, leading the bid management process.
Develop customer/subcontractor/vendor relationships and provide consultation to clients and the project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during the presales and delivery stages.
Serve as Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process.
Act as Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase when necessary.
Supervise and support the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork.
Address customer issues and work with sales teams to generate new business.
Participate in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level.
Knowledge of public procurement law and experience participating in public tenders.
Excellent ability to analyze customers’ needs and requirements.
Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes.
Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people.
