Position Overview

The Project Management Office (PMO) seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead bid management and support delivery of complex IT projects.

Your Tasks

• Act as Bid Leader: accountable for presales quality, efficiency, and final bid results.
• Develop customer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships; advise clients and the project team on technology, solutions, and implementation during presales and delivery.
• Serve as Presales Community Leader, develop standards, and enhance competencies of key personnel.
• Take on Delivery Manager duties in the initial project/service delivery phase if needed.
• Supervise and support delivery; perform audits to identify incompatibilities and threats; promote effective teamwork.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with sales to generate new business.
• Participate in conferences to promote Sii’s maturity and potential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of presales and delivery experience at enterprise level.
• Knowledge of public procurement law and participation in public tenders.
• Excellent ability to analyze customer needs and requirements.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams in complex presales and delivery processes.
• Can-do attitude, passion, and ability to build positive relationships.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
