responsibilities :
Producing a bank-wide email newsletter targeting internal audiences
Designing and developing multimedia internal communications content, such as videos and infographics
Implementing a multichannel approach to content distribution to engage new audiences
Collaborating with global stakeholders to identify content opportunities and recommend effective formats
Leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement in communications activities
Supporting the planning and delivery of events showcasing technology products and services
Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets accessibility standards
Exploring new trends and innovations to enhance communication strategies
Building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring open dialogue
Managing competing demands effectively and resolving issues promptly
