Provide overall management of the project delivery team including resource allocation and utilization, forecasting and budget for consulting services work, while monitoring project health & performance.
Work to continually improve, refine, and champion project delivery methodology and procedures.
Ensure projects are provided according to quality standards and documented procedures to achieve successful delivery of implementation engagements.
Resolve project delivery issues, mitigate risks, and escalate as needed.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan resource requirements and workload prioritization in collaboration with onshore counterparts.
Support pre-sales activities which includes but are not limited to participating in sales calls, addressing RFPs and preparation of proposal estimates/POC/demo.
Review and approve direct teams time and expense reports.
Managing delivery of programs and projects.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years of experience in IT as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Must have prior experience in the Business Intelligence field.
Proficient in pre-sales activities, including contract preparation and negotiation, business development, and relationship building.
Proven project management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
A technical background, enabling a comprehensive understanding of IT project requirements and processes.
Strong analytical skills, allowing for effective problem-solving and decision-making in complex project environments.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, adapting to the needs and requirements of each project.
Previous experience working in a multinational environment, understanding the challenges and dynamics of cross-cultural collaboration.
Familiarity with remote teams work, demonstrating the ability to manage and coordinate virtual teams efficiently.
Excellent proficiency in English, with a minimum level of C1/C2, enabling effective communication with international colleagues and clients.
