We are looking for an Engagement Manager to support the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA as part of a financial transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, managing project communications, and preparing the organization for change to ensure a smooth implementation and successful adoption of the new system.

Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the rollout
- Ensure clear communication of project information across business units
- Drive change readiness and support user adoption of SAP S/4HANA
- Manage training strategies and monitor business continuity
- Build strong relationships across diverse teams and geographies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and change management in SAP rollout programs.
- Ability to communicate complex project details effectively to diverse business audiences.
- Hands-on experience in user readiness, training, and adoption management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
