Engagement Ambassador with Greek | Enterprise Managed Services

Join PwC Polska and play an integral role within Enterprise Managed Services (EMS), supporting domestic and international clients in healthcare professional engagement. This back‑office position focuses on managing contracts and administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders – with no client visits or sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HCP/HCO onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing, and payments.
  • Facilitate offline contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signatories.
  • Review contract redline requests and, when necessary, escalate to Legal.
  • Follow up with business owners or HCP/HCO on outstanding contracts.
  • Manage contract amendments by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel, or payments.
  • Facilitate HCP travel requests and communicate arrangements.
  • Support post‑engagement tasks, including invoice reconciliation and expense recordation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements.
  • Fluent communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Fluent communication in Greek (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements, including authorisations.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve HCP/HCO engagement issues using research and process steps.
  • Excellent professional communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Experience with contract templates and handling redline requests.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
