Overview

Engagement Ambassador with Czech | Enterprise Managed Services – Join PwC Polska as a key support partner in our rapidly expanding Managed Services Operations. In this role you’ll help transform the operations of our domestic and international clients through best‑practice enhancements, process streamlining, and innovative technology solutions. This position focuses on managing contracts and supporting administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders – without client visits or sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HCP/HCO onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing, and payments.
• Facilitate offline contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signatories.
• Review contracts redline requests and escalate to Legal when needed.
• Follow up with business owners or HCP/HCO on outstanding contracts.
• Manage contract amendments by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel, or payments.
• Facilitate HCP travel requests and communicate arrangements.
• Support post‑engagement tasks, including invoice reconciliation and expense recordation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements.
• Proficiency in English and Czech for fluent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve HCP/HCO engagement issues using research and process steps.
• Excellent professional communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Experience handling contract templates and redline requests.
• Proficiency in Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRM systems.
• Strong independent and collaborative work style in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
