Key skills and requirements:

• Relevant (appropriate to the role) experience in advising business clients in the energy sector
• Leading and participating in projects, including M&A in the energy sector and in renewable energy financing projects
• Experience in providing regulatory advice to entities in the energy sector energy sector
• Experience in managing a team of lawyers and in building the visibility of the practice
