Your mission

Being an Energy Storage System Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these are your most important tasks:

• Assist in managing projects across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil and control scheme)
• Deliver suggestions for new ESS projects
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to product lifecycle management, technical issue resolution, organize regular project meetings, and track open points.
• Assist in managing the tendering, negotiations, and selection of ESS plants

Your profile

All right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you and what background you should have to feel comfortable with this role. Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

• Studying a degree in electrical engineering, environmental science or renewable energy
• Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
• Understanding of solar energy products (PV, ESS and EV charging)
• Fluency in English and Polish (at least C1)
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced multicultural environment
• Visa permission to work in Poland
