• Location: 100% remote

• Remuneration: 160 PLN/hour net + VAT

Responsibilitites:

• Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications related to end-user services

• Architect workplace transformation solutions aligned with client needs

• Support and steer the cloud tower across different delivery centers and country locations

• Maintain strong alignment with the client on architecture and transformation strategy

• Handover responsibilities and knowledge to the delivery teams

• Ensure automation solutions are implemented effectively

• Guarantee high quality of deliverables

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of experience as an Architect with up to 4 years specifically in Transformation Architecture

• Fluency in German and English

• Proven experience in workplace environment architecture

• Experience with workplace transformation initiatives

• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

• Understanding of both SCRUM and Waterfall project management methodologies
