responsibilities :
Perform first level diagnosis, Proactive Monitoring, incident management using various Tools and processes.
Monitoring of the servers for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures
First-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis
Troubleshooting Desktop/laptop related Incidents as level 2 support within End User Computing scope.
Initiate problem investigations and analysis for complicated issues with OS (Windows 10/Windows 7, Office Suite, Software deployment, App packaging).
Required to handle 2nd level incidents and service request handling routed by L1 Service Desk and test the fix provided by L1/L2 teams before closing an Incident.
Provide On call support for Key IT issues when applicable.
Initiate monthly Windows patching activity on assets.
Perform Standard Change Management.
Knowledge base creation for known error problems.
requirements-expected :
Last year student of IT or related field.
Good Communication skills in English.
Interested in cloud and infrastructure area.
You will be a perfect candidate if you will be familiar with some of these technical requirements:
Knowledge about Windows Operating system (Windows 11 & Windows 10) and Unix systems.
Knowledge about Office 365 product suite- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic Knowledge about Active directory SCCM, Citrix, Scripts, Application packaging is a plus.
Basic understanding of software deployment and troubleshooting process.
Understanding of Networking skills in IT like - Knowledge of ADFS, AD DS, DNS and hybrid cloud solutions
Knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripts.
Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
Conceptual knowledge of storage, backup, and database.
Understanding of
ITIL
Foundation V4 will be an advantage.
