We are looking for a detail-oriented End User Computer Analyst to provide top-tier technical support and solutions to our internal teams. In this role you will troubleshoot, resolve, and manage a wide range of IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, software, and hardware for end users. If you are skilled in problem‑solving, have a strong understanding of computer systems, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all internal staff with Desktop/Laptop and phone issues.
  • Record and respond to incidents and service requests from business, suppliers, and service teams within agreed operational and service levels.
  • Own issues through to final resolution, managing relationships with other 2nd line support teams and external suppliers, and escalating when necessary.
  • Perform root cause analysis and proactively drive improvements to resolution.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base content.
  • Install, maintain, and distribute generic and bespoke software used within the organization.
  • Maintain client hardware including printers, scanners, phones, desktops, and laptops.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while restoring service through known error workarounds.

Who we are looking for:

  • Fantastic customer service skills.
  • Understanding of IT support and ITIL processes.
  • Proven skills in an ITIL incident/problem/change environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
