Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain and monitor End to End Performance Management through measurements and KPIs to enable operational efficiency and drive improvements.
  • Become data owner collecting and validating data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with teams to align planning, reporting, and performance objectives developing stakeholder and supply chain network relationships.
  • Design Power BI reports to utilize data and provide transparency to analyze trends and support decision‑making.
  • Provide analysis to identify gaps, optimise processes, and ensure data‑driven decisions.
  • Support accurate forecasting and inventory control while enhancing overall operational performance.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Supply/Operations Chain experience preferably within FMCG sectors of an international company, with a focus on Supply Planning Specialization and/or Performance / Improvement Management in alignment with the skills and competency model.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, and a strong sense of ownership to navigate the complexities of Imperial Brands dynamic Supply Chain.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for conducting complex analyses and scenario building, a deep understanding of data, data validation and accuracy alongside performance matrix and customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for representing the Global E2E Planning team in discussions with Regional, Global, and External Partners, while a proactive approach to process improvements and reporting optimisations is encouraged.
  • Experience and thorough understanding of planning system solutions (e.g., SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta, Vanguard, SAS) is advantageous, along with proficiency in MS Office. Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel is required. Additionally, experience in system implementations and familiarity with data warehouse, SQL and Access are advantageous, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
