The Enabling & Support Specialist plays a critical role in the training, enabling, and supporting PSMs (product, service, and solution manager). This position is key in ensuring that the application is used effectively across the organization, providing a vital link between PSMs, development team, and the tools functionality.
requirements-expected :
Good understanding of product and requirement management principles
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its features to organize requirements in an agile team setup
Skilled in distilling higher-level requirements into detailed technical specifications
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction
Fluent English
