Responsibilities
- Establish Group‑wide People & Culture marketing processes in Poland.
- Conduct People & Culture marketing activities (online/offline) and support local colleagues in the planning, execution and review of their activities.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of school/university cooperations in the country.
- Plan, produce and update content for country‑specific channels (social media, career page, intranet, employer branding profiles).
- Evaluate and report content and channel performance.
- Plan and monitor the People & Culture marketing budget.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on HR, Marketing or comparable training.
- Professional experience in supporting and conducting marketing activities within a company of similar size to STRABAG.
- Strong skills in editorial planning, content creation, and channel management.
- Responsible, independent and structured work style.
- Professional and engaging appearance, intercultural competence, and excellent communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English; German is an advantage.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual gross salary starting at 52.000 EUR. Marktkonforme Überzahlung based on qualification and experience.
