What you will be doing?

1. Planning and execution of employer branding campaign and events.
2. Creation and management of content for social media and other digital channels.
3. Organizing and participating in various EB events: hackathons, recruitment fairs, conferences, university events, and other outreach activities.
4. Activities to build the companys image among its employees (organization of internal webinars, team building events).
5. Design and distribution of promotional materials and newsletters.
6. Monitor and report on the performance of employer branding initiatives.
7. Provide support to the HR Team as needed

Your profile:

• Skilled in developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms inc. social media, newsletters, internal communication.
• Familiar with basic graphic tools (e.g. Canva).
• Proficient in organizing, planning and executing projects.
• Capable of managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met.
• B2 level English spoken and written (mandatory)
• B2/C1 level Polish spoken and written (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in HR or marketing roles
• Experience in project management
