This role is pivotal in enhancing Adaptiqs employer brand and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will have the opportunity to work across tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

• 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Employee Experience, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze data, report on measurable results, and implement insights.
• Passion for storytelling, social media, and creating engaging brand content.
• Interest in exploring and leveraging Generative AI tools to elevate employer branding activities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
