• Have experience in coordinating the production of branding materials;
• Can establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, producers, and external agencies;
• Feel confident organising events – both industry trade shows and internal company events;
• Speak English at a very good level, allowing smooth communication with international partners;
• Are precise, well‑organised, and reliable;
• Have a strong aesthetic sense and care about brand consistency;
• Think both practically and creatively – you can match materials to the character of a campaign or event;
• Can manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines;
• Want to grow professionally in an international gaming company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and managing promotional gadgets – from planning to final delivery;
• Contacting and negotiating with suppliers;
• Coordinating deliveries, quality control, and deadlines;
• Supporting the organisation of events and industry trade shows;
• Planning and implementing employer branding activities together with the HR team;
• Co‑creating internal communication (newsletters, updates, company materials);
• Co‑organising company events and integration initiatives;
• Ensuring consistent brand representation – inside and outside the organisation;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and employer branding activities and optimizing related costs.
