Our Employer Branding (EB) & Communications Team always craves more! Open to new people, different tools and strategies, we know that in work, as in life, challenges crop up – and we deal with them together, as One Team. We’re engaged, determined, and creative – it doesn’t matter if we need to come up with a new outstanding idea for a campaign, quickly prepare a script to record a video for our Guilds or find out where to organize a gradient snowball fight. Position – how youll contribute

• Supporting internal stakeholders by undertaking different EB initiatives and maintaining a high quality of internal communications
• Coordinating internal and external events (meetups, conferences, knowledge sharing sessions, webinars, job fairs, open days, talent acquisition initiatives, etc.)
• Taking care of our Development Guilds and making sure that their developments efforts are communicated across our organization
• Maintaining a social media strategy and creating engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Helping to develop inspiring EB materials, photos and videos
• Being an expert in terms of our target audiences and implementing successful ways of communication
• Researching and monitoring EB trends, actions and innovations
• Carrying out various administrative duties, managing equipment and allocating resources
• Cooperating with and learning from the best EB & Communications Team

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

• At least 2 years’ experience in Employer Branding or Marketing, preferably in a tech company
• Very good command of English and Polish
• High project management and organizational skills
• Experience in working with external vendors/partners (agencies, suppliers of branding materials, institutions)
• Flexibility and a "can-do" approach
• A collaborative team player with a positive and supportive attitude
• A creative soul, eager to implement out-of-the-box ideas
• Based in Krakow and ready to join our team in person 3 times a week in our office
• Category B driving license
